internet games addiction
Is it really that bad being addicted to the internet (well actually internet games)?
Alot of people are addicted to MMO's and other online games such as World of Warcraft, Guild Wars ect. ect. Is it really that bad for you if you exercise everyday at school, usually are off by "bedtime", are eating and has a lifeect a healthy lifestyle ect. If you spend maybe 5-6 hours a day on the computer is it all that bad affecting your health? Can this even be considered an " Addiction" ?
Everybody has hobbies. Whether it's reading, puzzles, knitting, or playing video games. As long as you're getting your exercise and eating and sleeping and having a "normal" life, I see nothing wrong with it. You just have to set your priorities. I don't know how old you are, but if you still live at home with your parents, you have to live by their rules. So if they say 5-6 hours are too much, then it's too much. But computer skills are very good to have.
